Welcome! Thank you for booking with The Scottsdale Prenatal Massage. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all expecting clients. Please take a moment to review our policies before your appointment.

Appointments & Late Arrivals

1) Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in before your session.
2) If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. Full session fees still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that things come up. Please respect our time by observing the following:

1) Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
2) No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
3) If you're experiencing signs of illness or a prenatal complication, please reach out — safety is our priority.

Health & Safety

1) Please inform us of any high-risk conditions or changes in your pregnancy before your session.

Payment & Gratuity

1) Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
2) Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated for excellent service.

Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment, you agree that:

1) You have disclosed all relevant medical information truthfully.
2) You release The Scottsdale Prenatal Massage and its staff from any liability in the unlikely event of injury or adverse outcome related to massage therapy.
